Quick warning...

Make sure you have a printer installed before you click the link in the email as once it's been clicked, it expires and can't be viewed again.

I don't have a printer installed on my laptop, doh.
I got a screenshot of the coupon though, so I should be ok.
#9
I have just used mine. Though the voucher has a 'unique code' the guy at the counter just accepted it and stuck it in the till. Which leads me to believe that you probably can get away with printing multiple copies.
#10
If that’s what passes for being a pasty in Gregg's I'm never eating anything that comes out of that place! Plus the voucher is for cheese and onion possibly the worst kind of 'pasty'. Ok I guess if you don't live in the south west and cant go to a local bakery for some real food though. :whistling:
#11
I still cannot believe Greggs are allowed to call those minging things they produce 'traditional' Pasties. 'Tragic' would be a more accurate description as Im sure anyone from the South West on this forum will tell ya.

Getting an extra one free sounds like some form of punishment.

Good to get something for nothing, but this for me is as cold as.....er...a Greggs pasty. Sorry.

Yummmmmmm...!

Never been a big fan of greggs, a lot of their pies/pasties aren't too good. Got to be worth a BOGOF though.

How much are they charging for them these days?
#18
Almost 90p for one of these IIRC. Which to be hoenst, isn't all that bad. Don't like the quality of the meat in the cornish pasty. It's like a paste.
#19
I come from Cornwall so greggs pasties are uneatable, once you've had a real pasty you can't eat this rubbish.
#20
thats because they use mechanically retrieved meat

Mechanically separated meat (MSM), also known as mechanically recovered meat (MRM) is a paste-like and batter-like meat product produced by forcing beef, pork or chicken bones, with attached edible meat, under high pressure through a sieve or similar device to separate the bone from the edible meat tissue. Mechanically separated meat has been used in certain meat and meat products since the late 1960s. This product can be contrasted with meat extracted by advanced meat recovery systems.

I like their ham and cheese bakes, but their cheese & onion ones aren't too good. Still much better than a cornish though.

Naw, once you've ever had reasonably edible food you'll never eat in Greggs.

Voting it cold because they usually give you something cold when you ask if they've anything hot. :p

not in the cheese and onion pasty though
#24
I'm from Cornwall, and calling these hideous looking things a Pasty is a proper insult. Thus rated cold!
#25
thats what you think, they do that with the cheese too

dudedude
not in the cheese and onion pasty though

I think they're more like 60-70p for a cheese+onion one.

No they don't...

Gregg's are far superior.

And those Pizza bread things Greggs make are amazing. Nicer than any pasty.

Greggs...superior! Umm..me thinks you've not tasted real food! There food are not superior. They do the job, thats all.
Too bad that alternatives are not all that common!
As in so many other cases though, the law of DD dictate the qlty/price factor!

they're 69p btw , or 2 for £1.30 .... thats their normal price but with the voucher you will get 2 for 69p .....

many people on here complaining how horrible they are but the queues they get at lunch times are always massive so i guess theyre are many many people who disagree and like greggs products . we have a waterfields here too , literally next door but one and they dont ever seem to be busy , i guess its the prices that waterfields charge that may put people off but in my opinion they are no better in quality than greggs for the savoury products and only slightly better for their cakes , just not worth the extra cost.

i get all my greggs items for half price anyway so dont need any vouchers !!
#35

waterfields probably ... no better than greggs for savoury products imho but they are better for cakes but that depends on how fat your wallet is as they are very expensive in comparison

Just because something is cheap or free doesn't make it a good deal.
