Instructions:My brother works for RSA (Royal Sun Alliance and has just been sent through this offer on their intranet.

You dont need any job related referances to get the deal. But this is how it works:

You need to decide what you want to buy or have an amount that you want your card to be valued at.
You then call the number, and tell them the amount eg. £100
They then take payment for £75 (or whatever 25% less would be) and send you the gift card worth £100 in the post (it takes 3-5 working days).
You then take the card to the desired store and then use it to pay for the goods.

If you think 25% off all jewellery isn't a deal then vote cold at your pleasure.

Anybody tried it yet?
#3
yes, you have to pay for the voucher upfront
#4
I've adjusted the first post accordingly, as I've just called them to get my Sister a gift voucher for her Birthday.
#5
Awesome!! Can you use the gift voucher online? Thanks for the heads up! Hot from me!
#6
may be able to afford that TAG watch now!!!! lol
#7
this is an excellent (fraud) deal.

this is an excellent (fraud) deal.

care to elaborate?

Can anyone confirm this, and have anyone call and receive the voucher yet. I can't find the website that the deal is on.

CorsaVandal, can you post the link where you got to imagine from.

nme53, can you give more detail, since what you said isn't clear.

Many thanks in advance for any clarification and help.

I placed an order but no money has been taken from my account as of yet

Can the voucher be used online??? Or store only??
#12
Ugly, its taken from the RSA intranet something only employee's have access to. This'll be why you cant find it anywhere on the net.
#13
would all vouchers offering a staff discount be classed as fraud if they were used by a non staff member?
#14
Has this deal worked out for anyone as yet? Correct money deducted and orders placed/recieved?
#15
Why has this one gone so quiet? Has anyone recieved the voucher and been able to use it?
#16
Jeez can anyone tell me if the voucher can be used online??? Also googled the number... Used UK phone info website and this is what it came back with!!

''Use:Cable & Wireless Plc Warning: Numbers starting 0870 333 are probably not valid. Oftel's last recorded change for this number range was February 1998''

Dubious???
#17
when do the vouchers expire?
#18
They expire Christmas Eve Jayminp.

Burno, Numbers starting 0870 are classed as a premium rate numbers which is why people say to avoid them. Google the whole number and you see this offer has been posted by others on other forums.
#19
I have nothing comes up... sorry if I'm being sceptic but all you hear these days is this sort of stuff happening these days!

Corsa are the vouchers usable on their websites?
#20
These types of deals exist, I get 10% from Comet.
#21
I work for a similar organisation and have the same deal on vouchers, they do work very well and I've regularly had John Lewis vouchers at christmas to give as gifts.

Voted 'hot' albeit there is a reason it's only on intranet sites... 8)

Ive never looked online, a phone call to them would answer it but as everyone seems to be scepticle I will make the call.

Burno, I understand your worry, I called the number because it came from my brother and I trust him. Ive done all I can to show everyone all the facts todo with the voucher unfortuneately unless there's anyone else on here that knows someone that works for RSA and has access to their intranet this will only be verified by someone taking the plunge.

Its also been posted on http://www.monthehoops.co.uk/showthread.php?p=561672 which came up when i google'd the number.

Ive just tried sharing something I consider to be of good value.
#23
I tried this and they asked for my staff number, which obviously I don't have
#24
thanks
#25
Has anyone received their voucher yet?
#26
I just phoned up and was asked for an employee number!!!
#27
JFO
I just phoned up and was asked for an employee number!!!

I'm guessing they got wise to the fact that RSA suddenly employed more than a million people ;)

I work for RBS insurance and this is a deal for companys who use these jewellers for there home claims, and is a perk of the job.

Its not for just anybody!!! I suggest that whoever originally posted this be very carefull it could lead to your brother being in trouble- Its not fraud as such but it breeches HIS company policies especially plugging it on a site such as this. I bet Royal Sun Alliance would have something to say about it.
