Is this offer only available to first time customers? Can it only be used once?

I've just placed an order in which I had to a pay a little on top (£4.50) and am sorely tempted to place another order.

All these £10 codes springing up are being sent out to existing customers. We have 3 accounts in our household and have been given 3 different codes,so they may be customer specific.:)

Am I completely thick? Can't find anywhere to enter the voucher? It was gonna take payment from me too. Went through it all again, still no where to enter the voucher?

Do you need an account? I don't like these things on my credit report.

I always have problems using Laredoute on my mac, I've tried Safari, Camino & Opera - Opera can get to the website eventually but I get a timeout error.

I've never been able to order anything to date - is it ok on a windows machine or is it just Laredeoute's servers?

you've just gone beyond me there..its just laredoute site i think. apparently it is at their end. i have just rang them to ask. they are having problems with changing over the site. if you look sometimes it logs into laredoute and sometimes its just redoute. i think the laredoute site is better at the moment, slightly quicker.

Do they take the £10 off from the total (item cost + postage)?, or just the items?

hi, its only £10 off the item. the postage still applies unless you have free postage as well on the code.

^ thanks

aww, there's some things i'd like, but they're not in stock, and they don't even let you order for them to come back in stock :-( - does this mean they won't restock on these particular items? Can't seems to find anything about that in their help pages.
