Isnt this just automatic? Littlewoods usually give you £15 discount on first order anyway, without a code.

Wouldnt use littlewoods after all the problems myself and everyone else have had anyway - sorry voting cold for both reasons

Probably not the best first deal to post Dan. (Unfortunately!) I can see this one ending past 0 degree's Kelvin!

If thats not clear - have a look in the me "miscellaneous" forum!

Dont be put off though Dan!

Sorry Dan, But I would avoid Littlewoods like the plague!

Even if both my arms and legs and fallen off on LW were the only stockists of replacement arms and legs, I still wouldn't shop there! Complete bunch of amatuers the lot of em.

As Guv said - an unfortunate first deal to post

It would be nice if they offered that to everyone affected by the voucher reclaim mess. I suggested that they offered thier usual discount to me as it was a new account and a first order but they refused and insisted that I repaid the £25. A sensible outcome to thier mess but no.

Some people have suggested that they have the £15 and have got that discount applied! Have you signed up to www.geteven.biz?

I got the £15 applied and just paid the remaining £10 - think it depends who you speak to!

Hi, can anyone offer me advice?

I placed an order with sport-e.com (part of littlewoods group) and i tracked my order. it says 'delivered' but this isnt right, because i havnt recieved anything from them. So i rang customer services, they said, i need to write a letter, include photocopies of my signature off my passport or licence, and in 14 days they will respond, they will put the money back on my account. I am so angry, they wont even resend the item to me, i bought the item as a birthday present for this weekend, but the way theyr talking its goin to take over 14days to hear back, and all they can do is refund me, they wont resend the order. Advice???????????? i have to write this letter to 'track and trace team, little woods customer service centre liverpool...

Call Consumer Direct and see what they have to say. Did they leave a card when delivered? Have you checked with neighbours?

i rang them again and asked them to send me a copy of the signature used. sent that letter with my passport and license, that can take 14days....

they said it would hav been known to them if it was left with neighbour, but it doesnt, it clearly says it was delivered to my address... (not true) they said they cant send me it out again until track and trace have sorted it...

i live in an estate, my address is 18 glen park west,,,,, but there is an 18 glen park, an 18 glen park east, and an 18 glen park south.........

my guess is one of these bozos has recieved it, with my name on it, and signed for it.... and they are not honest to deliver it to me.... nothing i can do there!

You could pop round to these places and ask if anything was delivered - nothing wrong in that...

hmmm wouldnt do that, no courage! plus if they lied enough to accept an item that wasnt theres, itll be just as easy for them to say 'no we dont have it sorry' if not easier... lol

im also a big gutted because the item in question was on offer for 31 pounds, now its back up to 55 pounds...... i would re order again if it was 31, but now thats not even possible

It is upto them to provide replacement goods IMHO. If you haven't been given the goods in which LW entered into a legally binding contract to supply, the contract has not been completed. Get onto Consumer Direct.

How did you pay? Hopefully with a credit card? If you did, just contact the CC company and tell them to refund because you have received no goods.

If you havent received them, you wont have to pay - and if they try to make you, once again they have broken the law.

I hope you have told them not to bother resending and not agreeing to paying the extra with the coupon removed?

so i rang them again, they said, once 'trace and track' verify my signature, they will authorise a refund, they then said, if i wish to reorder, they will price match, so i am paying the same price for the order. its just a waiting game, they have taken the money off me for it, but wont refund, until track and trace are satisfied. :?
