I should hope that they do offer free delivery now that they have hiked their shoe prices by 58% in the past few weeks!

Their shoes have been £39.95 per pair or 2 pairs for £60 for a long time. Suddenly they are 'only' £95.00 for one pair + one pair 'free'.

This works out at £47.50 per pair for two pairs, a 58% increase on the old price of £30.00 per pair when 2 pairs purchased.

Sorry, but voted cold.

shoes have arrived they are of cheap quality and a rip off they r sold @ http://www.clifford-james.co.uk for 1/2 the price not a good deal @ all
I have just ordered and code worked fine.....Many thanks
well my two shoes arrived the other day and I am happy, 25 quid per pair cant be sniffed at. I cant comment on their longetivity but they are comfy and look the part.
I have bought some of this company's shoes at the £100 for two price...classic black brougue type.

I wouldn't again..they're fine initially, but poorly stiched, thin soles which soon wear out and prone to leaking...apparently made in India(?).

You won't be able to because you bought them fraudulently by using a voucher you weren't entitled too .
The company would be in their right to refuse the return under your false pretences & the fact he has posted on a public forum makes it even worse as he is obviously bitter .

I'm not saying don't use the voucher , just don't moan when the **** hits the fan .

I don't think by law the company can forfeit you to you rights to return (7 days?) under Distance Selling Regulations.
Effectively you are submitting your request to purchase them at 2 for £50, the company can refuse your request as you are not entitled to the discount and reject you order. If the company decided to dispatch them but charge you the full £100 (this could be debatable whether in law it can do this) then it is effectively setting up a new contract - here is your shoes, the payment is £100 but you would still have every right to return them under DSR time frame.

Exactly. Our purchase is an 'invitation to treat' - they can reject it if they want. They can't simply modify the amount they want to charge and then refuse statutory rights (they also offer a 30 day guarantee and free returns on top of that too).
