  Er, the code is for online booking.
  
  So they won't ask, because it's online.
  
  If you want a print-out 20% off coupon, use this:

  We printed it out and used it on Saturday, no problems, no questions, tickets were marked '20% off', so I guess it's a long-running, standard promotion.

  If you are going by train go to daysoutguide.co.uk and print off the 2 for 1 voucher for the zoo. Show two train tickets and the voucher on entry and its done, you can also use travel cards even just zone 1-2, beware if you use oyster you need the record card.

  Kew wouldn't let me in with an Oyster card, they said "it's a train ticket, oyster card is tube, so no go"
