Am I right in assuming you won't get the 1,000 points if you've already had a trial at Lovefilm?
#3
nice deal just signed up
#4
i wonder if you can use this promotion in conjunction with the three months free trial?
#5
I trialled with Lovefilm about 18 mths ago and then joined up to Tesco about 6 months ago and got the points so I assume it still works

I don't think it will even let you sign up for a free trial, let alone give you the 1000 points. It wouldn't let me do anyway, and I've had my free LoveFilm trial.

how long do you have to sign up for?

hi,

how soon are the points updated into your account. I just signed up now and used the code and my club card number.

Logged into my account and no sign as yet of the 1000 points being added. Infact as i entered the coded whilst signing up there was no reference to the 1000 points offer or anything.

Anyone know if this has worked if so how long and have i done anything wrong?

Thanks

The info says that once you have paid 3 months rental the points will be added to your account. If you paid the 3 months in one go then it will take between 24/48 hours to update your account.

I think that that the cut-off point for the next statement was Sunday so I think they will be on the next statement in Feb/Mar, apologies if I have that wrong tho'

T&C's state Existing subscribers or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial with any LOVEFiLM-powered site are not eligible.

To benefit from the promotion in this email and the 14 day free trial you will need to maintain your subscription for 3 months from the date you sign up.

Cold for me due to the 3 months @ £4.47. And only 2 disks a month for that!

I would avoid this and go down the route of the lovefilm 3 month trial. I save Tesco points too but the Lovefilm trial is never ending( 9 months for me so far). Much more value than £40.

You get the equivalent of £40 in clubcard deals for a <£15 spend.

Who cares how many DVD rentals you get, one step closer to my Goldsmiths watch ;-)

Anyone tried going through Quidco for an extra £4 with this code ?

Yes but it means you won't be able to use the Lovefilm free trial ever. Why not go and buy 20 packs of talc to get the 1000 points.

Once you sign up for the Tesco DVD rental you won't be able to use any other Lovefilm sites.

On a side note almost upto £250 of points so my wife is eyeing up the diamond ear rings

What the title says: "Tesco 1000 point for Tesco DVD rental"

What it should say: "Tesco DVD Rental, 1000 clubcard points for 3month DVD Rental sign up at £15 cost

I shouldn't of had to read the thread to find out the 3x£5 cost IMHO, it could easily be mentioned in OP.

i signed up last time for the points and was refused as i had been a previous user. i paid in advance as well. watched a few dvds that i hadnt seen so not really a waste of money.

Does anyone know if i could sign my husband up for this at this address or would that not count.

Anyone knows if this can still be used? haven't used dvd trials yet, but want to earn good points with it.
