How do you "bank" these vouchers without actually doing some shopping?
#6
i always have something in the basket, checkout, coupon/vouchers, add the code, it tells me it doesn't apply but adds it to my account, logout

I was waiting for someone to ask... :whistling:

Just do a test/pretend shop, and add the code at the final stage of checkout, just don't confirm the order.

Thats why i posted "Banked" in my post.I just knew it would draw somebody in to ask the question.LOL.
It seems to be on a par with "what is Quidco"

Great voucher. Thanks very much.

Just one question.

Can you bank multiple codes? If so will it automatically use the best voucher when ordering something later or can you select which one(s) to use?
#16
Can this £7 voucher be used in conjunction with the 1,000 clubcard one on a £50 spend?

As long as its still over £50 after the £7 discount it should work just fine. ;-)

Yes you can bank multiple codes and it will select which code it assumes is the best code, which is not always the one you want to use,so you have to remove that code to be able to use the one you want.HTH.

excellent find thanks NAB1972 & welcome to HUKD :)

Banked thanks. It is unlikely that more than one code is accepted for one order in the grocery department when they start with XX, usually states this in terms of offers. Can, as already stated, bank multiple codes, Tesco automatically selects what it considers to be the best discount, usually in terms of money off, so if you have points codes they may get overlooked if you have a few codes banked? May be wrong on that - have never banked too many to find out as worried that once deleted you may not get to enter code again? Has anyone more experience?

Used to order my shopping last night. Thanks!
#23
Me too. Many thanks!
#24
You can only use one XX code per order. It states that somewhere on the order page.
#25
Hi, thanks ever so much. Just used this voucher and it worked a treat.:friends:
#26
great voucher.
this is probably obvious to those who do this a lot .
i just did a shop which came to over £50 but because tescos doesnt take its bogof or deals off your order.
They take off the voucher of £7 off. Then when you get your shopping they take off your deal savings so i ended up paying £40.50.
more savings in your pocket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As posted in another thread, I got two £10 off codes accepted together in a £90 order.

Playing about with the codes on my other account, I find that I can still get two £10 codes accepted together on an £80 order. It's a bit confusing, as if I have less than £80 in the basket I can enter the £10 off code RDXLFPV3PX98 and this is fine. If I then add H6GPN7GJYPRP, I get the following message. 'Sorry, your order does not qualify for the "£15 off your groceries" eCoupon. It may be that you have not reached the minimum spend criteria, or that this promotion is linked to a product that is not in your basket. Ref: EC02'. However, if the basket goes over £80, that code is then accepted, but only as a £10 off code. When the basket goes over £110, this code becomes £15 off, making £25 off in all.

Codes beginning XX cannot be used together. Other codes I think are fine.
