    I have one of these (cheaper one from eBay) and it's been great for the little one to use at night, she walks into the bathroom and it just lights up, No need to turn the light on that she can't see as its dark, I just set it to a white light and it lights up the room, also stays on long enough to wash hands and get back out, would actually recommend this,

    Bought a couple a few weeks back, they're awesome.
    They make your bum feathers glow when perched for toilet duties.

    Thanks Merlin . Ordered one, first time on Ali, don't like using card on China site usually only PayPal.
    Can't wait to fit and not tell partner.
    The things they come up with, they must have lav-b-otories working on them.
    Well just arrived only nearly 8 weeks? and thought I paid £5.40, thankfully didn't but works well, batteries a bit tight. (edited)

    Not much use if you close the lid, like you should.

    But then the pee ends up on the floor

    Got one from eBay for £1.39. Doesn't even fit properly over the edge of the toilet bowl so it's useless.

    I bought 4 of these last year for myself and for joke Christmas presents. Work quite well initially, but all 4 stopped working after a couple of weeks so got a refund. Waste of money. (edited)

    You do realise this isn't a replacement for the ceiling light don't you?

    Its not intended to allow you to read on an evening. This is about blokes knowing where to aim against a soft glow, rather than;

    A) Waking themselves up by putting the light on.

    B) Taking (literally) a wild stab in the dark as to where the pot is. Hoping to find the sweet spot of porcelain between the noisy (potentially house waking) jet into open water or that awful feeling of hearing a stream of slash bouncing off;

    The floor
    The walls
    The window
    The ceiling
    The curtains
    The family pet(s)
    The photograph of the Pope
    The box of family heirlooms
    A stranger who has taken refuge in your bog.

    Suffice to say these are very good.

    I also paid less than £2

    These are pretty good the only problem is the batteries don't last very long
    so you find yourself regretting the buy every time you have to creep round
    the bowl to change the batteries but as i say they are very good and very
    especially bright if you have kids who are afraid of the dark.

    Alternatively they are pretty cool if you wall mount them at your front door
    for Christmas or set them to green / red for Halloween

    Hope This Helps

    Blokes who can't aim just need to learn to sit down.

    In fact, blokes who can aim still cause loads of splashback, so they should all sit down really.
