Returns

If your item was delivered by wilko, or by one of our suppliers, we'll arrange for collection of the products from you or provide a label so you can easily return your item. Once your item has been picked up by our delivery partner, we’ll action your refund back to the original payment method used. If your product is damaged or faulty, we’ll refund your delivery charge too.Refunds take 5-7 working days, depending on your card provider. When returning products, all we ask is that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
