I've already got one and can tell you that this is probably one of the best cases out there, a peace of mind knowing there won't be wear and tear and deterioration like other cheap cases.

It's also a bonus that it's one of the cheapest.
Look at picture 4 and 6 in the description for the 2 main reasons it's a good choice. It holds 20 games (rather than the typical 19) which can easily be viewed since the elastic doesn't cover the entire cartridge (again unlike most other cases).
I also have my switch in this Protective Case which still fits nicely into the carry case. (edited)

I have tried that one and it has a fatal flaw. Once you put stuff in the pocket and carry it by the handle the pocket is upside down during transit so everything slides out. Buy one with a zipped top pocket.
I have that one and it's the best I've come across. I've got a battery bank + cable in the top section

I've got an Orzly, I'm sure it's the same. Haven't got an extra set of Joycons, but the charger is too thick (although mine in an EU charger). I just keep a set of in-ear headphones in the top part. I did have the games in the little mesh pouches, but I didn't like that, so I found some tiny cases that just fit in the pouches, or you could get a cheap game case and put them in.
Just disconnected the joycons and they fit in there nicely. It's a sturdy case and does the job perfectly, but with the extra game/SD cases, this one might be a better bet!

Sorry I don't quite understand. The case I recommended isn't actually all that big compared to the competition, especially the orzly style one which is nearly twice as big volume wise. I got the case mainly to protect it from dust but I also wanted one with fall protection and extra storage for games which the official hori case doesn't.
If you are referring to the switch shell case, then again it adds very little to the console bulk (hence why it fits in the carry case). I actually wanted it to add strength to the joycon/switch connect points since they seem to be a weak point, from twisting motions when playing. I now feel alot more at ease when playing since i dont have to worry about been too rough with it. The subtle hand grips again helps me feel far more confident when playing on it. Trouble is it's a right pain to take off so I had to buy a spare set of joycons to use in tandem.
I did try the larger Mumba case But it wasn't worth the extra and did add a lot of bulk.
Just to be clear I tried over half a dozen cases before settling on the two I have (thanks Amazon returns) (edited)
