Thanks Op. 69p a bar is a good deal. It does not matter what they taste like. Useful for a quick intake of protein after the gym.

Low carb so I’ll have some of that. Thanks for posting

I have had some of these before and they are not great, just imaging a normal chocolate protein bar without the chocolate, this is literally just the chewy bit in the middle, really rotten taste, I had the lemon cheesecake flavour - they also aren't strictly low carb, see the first review.

"These bars do taste good and seem perfect with for anyone keeping low carb with higher protein intake. Please be aware that they are deceptive in how low carb they really are. The newer flavour bars mention they have ~ 26g of fibre per bar, pretty odd seeing as the carb rating is 0g. This fibre comes in the form of Iso-malto-olygosaccharides (IMOs), normally fibre is a plus, however the body digests the majority of IMO weight as a simple sugar, ~50-60%. So your intake is effectively 13g + of sugars per bar. These bars still have a very good protein profile and are quite tasty, however they are deceptively labelled as other reviews have also noted. I have spent A LOT on these and they did hinder my cutting until the new flavours gave a little more nutitional info which was oddly hidden on the older flavours, don't fall into the same trap."
