Which phone is it ? If its an iPhone then its the power and home button at the same time - while on most android phones its the volume up and power button at the same time.

Once you have the screenshot you can either airdrop it on iPhones or otherwise send via email. (edited)

I do happen to have 4 phones - but FWIW they don't bother checking the codes on the phones so as long as you have 4 codes to give them/show them - they are happy to hand them out. They were not even verifying the codes, all the girl on the counter did was write the code down on a piece of paper - which means if I were to hand her the same code 10 minutes later she wouldn't notice
