    good deal. just hope they don't cut keys like timpsons. im in the door trade and timpsons have got me more than one new lock job because of their keys. i always get my copies cut at a proper locksmith. they will probably have the right blanks to start with.

    Verbatim what I was told when I went in wanting 3 keys (all yale) cutting, front, back and garage.

    They said the offer was for the same key, because if its the same key, they do all 3 in the machine at the same time - 3 separate keys would be 3 "gos" on the machine.

    Only adding my experience to it - no benefit to come on here and make up a story about getting my keys cut.

    I think that may have been a one off id try a different store if you still needed them!

    Im not saying you did,i only know because my oh works there,and nowhere does it say same key only,you should have asked for a manager to sort it out.
