I'm pretty sure this is the 'Amiga' version (well, the 1992 release) and not the 2013 remake.

As far as I know, the Youtube review you've linked to is the rubbish 2013 rehash and not the same version the OP has shared. This looks to be the original Flashback done ala the recent release of Wonderboy: The Dragon's Trap:

"To that end, it can be played it two modes: in its the original SNES guise, or in Modern Mode which contains post-FX graphics filters, remastered sound and music, a "rewind" function, and some handy tutorials."

I loved the Amiga Flashback... might be time to punt for a Switch for this!

Bought Human Fall Flat the other day. Really hoping for Golf Story.

I also noticed this Syberia 1 & 2 Double Pack has gone up on 365games from the same publisher. Certainly how they should have been released in the first place and I'm sure people who purchased the Syberia titles individually are going to feel a little ripped off.

Well...that's another Switch game to add to an ever growing list. Awesome.

It’s a different game - this is the retro original and a remaster/retinkering of the original not a reboot...

this game wont be for everyone....It’s a classic.... retro masterpiece....

Not everyone likes the movie “one flew over the cuckoos nest” - yet some will buy it on VHS, then DVD, then Blu-ray.... etc.... some might say some have taste and some don’t...

If you had to google this game and mistake it for a recent use of the franchise name it isn’t for you....

If you played it first time round up and remember it fondly - it will be.

I don't think that's been 'officially' announced yet.

Will there be a "normal", not limited release?

Possibly but not announced anywhere yet. Maybe they will produce some in the future after they sell through the CE but that's just speculation.

I just bought a CD last night that's limited to 550 copies. Meanwhile this is 'limited' to 30,000. I love you Flashback, but come on now.

Do you know if this contains digital codes, 1 or 2 cartridges?

There's no confirmation of that yet but highly likely to be a single cartridge given production costs of Switch carts. I suppose it's possible that they repack existing copies into a double pack though.

Fair enough, but we all know that most switch games are just ports from other platforms.

I wouldn't expect wonders from this.

If we're talking about the video 'Dealmessiah' posted, that's a review of the 2013 remake. The upload date is even marked as being 2013.

WOW, I did not even know this was coming out until now. I still haven't got around to playing Another World on Eshop (is available for 3DS or Wii U) can't remember which.

So it would be a bit much at the price if it was just a re-release of a 16-bit version of the game. But if it is an updated game, which it sounds like it is? that is alright and a good one for the collection.

This could be said for all three current gen.

GTA V is widely regarded as the best game on PS4 and that’s very much last gen.

Its a generation of ports and remasters - Mario Odyssey and Zelda BOTW are two stand out games of the generation.

A this point of release cycle in xbox1 and ps4 - I think the switch is more than holding its own on original content.....

depends ds on your definition of a port and if it should be criticised really.
