    I believe so. If you check your email receipt I think it says about the 14 day refund policy

    Unfortunately not. Nintendo just replied to me stating that all games eventually drop in price a while after being on the eshop(which we all know is a blatant lie!) But as worms is in a sale/promotion so a temporary price they can't refund or credit my account

But as worms is in a sale/promotion so a temporary price they can't refund or credit my account

    If they have the 14 day refund policy (I think they have to) you don't even need to give a reason, you just get it refunded then rebuy it
