Hope you don't mind me adding some info to your post but the 2 stores have opened today In Chatteris and Immingham and they say another 10 to 15 will open within the next six months. They have also advertised for staff for St Helens in Merseyside and rumours that the Tesco Metro in Edge Hill in Liverpool that closed recently will be converted to one too.
They are selling loaves for 45p, milk 49p a pint, 29p beans, individual bananas for 13p each, ready made sandwiches from 95p and they say 8 out of every 10 products that they sell will be grown, made or reared in the UK.
They are trying to do an Aldi with a Fresh five offer with 5 different fruit and veg offers every 2 weeks. Looks good will definitely go and have a look if one opens near me.
