You can buy the £22 12 month sim and put it into a 4G router and have calls and texts included, the Huawei modems are discussed on the board a lot, B525 and above have Mimo tech the Three B311 offer hasn’t FULL mimo or mimo SMA connectors for any kind of antenna and a thus better multiple band signal & speeds. Signal doesn’t mean good speeds alone, Mimo 4x4 does. The B525 is 2x2 Mimo, try find one with 4x4 for better speeds (like my B612).
B311 is Download 150/ Upload 50Mb/s Category 4 device - old old tech with 2x2 Mimo, (sister Three Ireland ended B3xx National Broadband Network gov contract, Three Ireland now use B525)

Defo recommend order online with 14 days return to test a Three sim. You can do the same with Amazon on a Huawei B525 or above.
