Very nice spiced rum, I used to love the old sailor jerry then I was upset when they changed it.
This and red-leg are very close to old sailor jerry and have a similar high vanilla flavour to them. Red leg also reduced but this is 1L so works out better than the £15 red leg.

Not sure, but tastes identical to me. Always grab the 1l when it's this price.
No separate product. Oakheart has less vanilla and ginger if you ask me.
There are rum snobs out there? I've only ever had Captain Morgan's and Sailor Jerry's, no idea if there's a noticeable difference!
That stuff is absolutely rancid. Nearly undrinkable. Tastes like cough syrup or something. I am not some snob by any means when it comes to rum, but this might be one of the worst tasting proper liquors(so ignoring all the novelty 'flavored' stuff) I've ever had. I'd rather drink some bottom shelf Grant's whiskey or something and it's not even close.
So I'd hope this stuff is different. Bacardi of all brands should be able to pull off a decent spiced rum. (edited)
