    Besides that, this course is obviously aimed at those who work with computers in a business environment, who would obviously be using windows or maybe macOS

    PEBKAC stands for Problem Exists Between Keyboard & Chair.
    ID-10-T is a play on on the word idiot to make it sound like a genuine computer issue.

    In Short they are terms that are used to describe problems relating to users rather than software/hardware.
