Yes seems to be a right mess for some of us, with each department blaming the other, ive cancelled it now and really can’t be arsed!
As soon as it turns past midnight so I can't get a prime day deal out of it the agent says; In this case as an exception I will issue a 10.00 GBP promotional credit right now.
I feel sorry for the HUKD members that have to keep contacting CS for more free money.......it is a right chore.(embarrassed)- Yea done but how do I find my balance :/ I now should have 20 now due to the assistant offer the other day
Amazon live chat absolutely useless!
Amazon is certainly changing, cancelling orders when the price is too low, customer service is pathetic, how long before they start closing unprofitable accounts.- I have cancelled and cannot see any t and c’s saying the £10 will be affected. One word: wow.

Tried this last night and I’ve tried again this morning. I just keep getting “Sorry! An error occurred while processing your purchase.
Please try again in a few moments. If the problem persists, please contact us.” Also getting a £1 charge on my card…
They must be all out of vouchers lmao!- I know it has been mentioned before but I just want to highlight a few things...
Firstly you must be a Prime member and have never signed up to Audible on that Amazon account to qualify (this offer has ran before a few years ago, so it's possible you signed up then).
Secondly prior to signing up for the free month on audible, you must be able to see the banner (shown in the main description above) that states you will get £10 Amazon credit to qualify.
Thirdly you should then receive an email almost instantaneously stating you have received the £10 credit, this definitely confirms you have the promotion.
Finally the credit will not apply to any gaming item regardless if it's sold and dispatched by Amazon, also it will not apply to a number of speakers either. You will also only see the credit apply on the final stage when checking out to finalise an order. 
Have they pulled the plug on this as I keep getting an error message?

Not the case, they have acknowledged it isn’t applying correctly on certain accounts

I spent two hours getting fobbed off by live chat and audible, only to call the 0800 and get the £10 immediately! Complete luck of the draw who you get I suspect. I will of course be emailing amazon CS about the amazon agent who claimed audible was ‘nothing to do with us’ and the audible agent who tried to claim I registered after they pulled the plug a day early. Laughable effort for £10, but after a while the principle and the fact it becomes a game takes over all good sense! Good luck everyone!- I couldn't give a f*** about the £10 now. Obviously this was not good enough so i went back to Amazon and told then Audible put the blame on them, spoke to a supervisor and immediately got my £10 credit.
I have now opened up my email to see that Audible have gifted me the £10 they were trying to sort out 4 days ago.
So all in all I have recieved £20 for doing nothing but sign up for a 30day free trial which i cancelled the day after. Aswell as complain to customer service for an hour.

Just had 3 notifications through saying amazon have tried to take £7.99 on each account/card (for audible) - but they couldn’t because not enough on each account.
Damn! Maybe it was just me - but possibly people want to be checking if amazon have taken payment for this? Also - I cancelled the 3 subscriptions on each of the cards a month ago! (edited)
