I can also confirm this works!
After signing up for Discord Nitro and logging in online (on a PC) you get offered the 3 months Game pass as a gift. Just click it and select either for Xbox or PC and you get your code instantly.
Just applied it at Xbox and because I have Ultimate it converted to 2 months of Ultimate!!
Now all I need to know is what the heck is Discord Nitro....and how quickly can I unsubscribe?
Spotify is NEW subs only- It wasn't showing on my dashboard, but I found it after a few clicks in the Xbox Live Gold "enjoy your membership benefits". Can confirm existing users are getting the 6 months Spotify as well as the other 2 offers, as I just signed up. Just have your mobile ready to scan barcodes!

I cancelled my auto renewal and everything and it’s just trying to charge me £10.99 again for Gamepass and there is no option to add Spotify or anything.
I’ll take a month of EA Access.

I was able to claim it from a tile on the 'Game Pass' tab on the Xbox One Dashboard, it was the 4th tile under the banner at the top of this tab. Its not showing for me now, not sure if its an issue of if its because I've already claimed 2 out of 3 of the freebies.- Author

Sorry I should have made this clearer in the post. I can confirm that I have been a GPU member since the summer & I am able to claim the 1 month EA Access from my Xbox One dashboard so I assume its for all active GPU members. I haven't tired the Spotify or Discord yet.

Think this is all aimed at Xbox gamers, not PC only unfortunately.
It is very odd that it requires the console to work when Microsoft clearly support the PC with Game Pass Ultimate IMHO. I wonder if it is for some kind of security thing, so they can avoid ppl redeeming multiple times e.g. by creating extra accounts and getting the Game Pass trial i.e. maybe the console remembers if the rewards have been redeemed on it and won't allow it again or something
That or they just haven't gotten round to rolling it out on the PC Game Pass app.
For such a big rich company Microsoft services and apps can be extraordinary janky at times....
I have tried three different email addresses to get the 6 months spotify and all i get is 3 months. None of these email addresses have ever had premium.
For anyone who was wondering about just PC. They plan on doing a mass sendout for the codes on December 5th.

You don't get a code sent, you go into that discord nitro site, go into settings, go to billing, then click on inventory and you will see the game pass code claim there, then pick xbox one and confirn, you will then get 2 month of ultimate to add to your exisiting GPU, my GPU sub now runs out in 17.1.22.......these rewards have been great this last month, i have gotten 3 months of GPU added to my account over this last month for free via MS rewards and now this.
Oh and once claimed go to subscriptions and cancel and remove CC details, and all done. (edited)

The same bar at the top of the Discord account page will allow them to resend your email confirmation request if you didn't. I only got everything sorted after confirming, so maybe try that.
Sorted I've just gone through the process again, only this time I've completed it all on my phone rather than PC, so I wonder if that was confusing it. Thanks!- Managed to get all 3 after a bit of faffing around. Xbox hadn't been on for over 3 months so that needed updating. Got the claim gifts in the dashboard, needed a QR scanner for my phone. In the end had to use a desktop browser for the discord ultimate code.

I have just claimed the Spotify Premium membership. I have had an active free Spotify account since August last year (never had Premium before), I was able to claim the free 6 months of Premium & use Paypal as my payment method (Paypal did charge me 1p though). Didn't need a new account. - Great deal, 6 months Spotify and 2 months Ultimate claimed. Must remember to cancel on time.
