Tefal Ingenio Essential 7-Piece Saucepan Set - £41.99 @ Amazon

I’ve had these pans for 5 years, I love how little space they take up but one pan has taken a real beating from the handle and all the interior surface is peeling away in big chunks. But it be fair it’s only happened to one of the pans and they are otherwise great.

Shame not suitable induction hobs

Dont choose the option then-leave at saucepans-if they dont send the 7 piece as advertised send em back.

To me it looks like the bundle with glass lids are more expensive, when you chose the option from drop down

I have had these for many years to and absolutely love them. The inky downside is that the handles keep seizing every couple of years and I have to replace those

It was the essential 3 piece bundle for £27.99 and an extra handle for £8.99

This is an Amazon deal of the day, they're advertised with glass lids at this price, why wouldn't they come with glass lids?

It clearly states 7 piece-and if you click on the second picture down it shows whats included in the 7 piece set-3 pans, 3 lids and 1 handle.

Well that's something I had no plans to buy that I've just bought!

Good space savers, but we have used them for the last 3 or 4 years and have to replace the handles several times as they tend to seize up. Non stick coating has all but gone on them too, probably going to go for a set of Circulon pans to replace these soon

Yes to the tipping and handles can catch if placed incorrectly on the hob (my better half managed to melt one!) Haven't stored them in fridge before so can't comment on that point.

Paid £45 for this last year great set

OMG love these so much I have 2 sets, agree with the issue with the handles, but if you are cooking that far up.... you have a problem. Love the fact they take up so much less room.

These are excellent space savers and fit in our combi oven unlike normal pans.

The handles over time really scratch the side of the pans.

Yes, it definitely does include the glass lids. See the first photo, clearly stating the ‘essential saucepan bundle’ includes the 3 glass lids. It looks like the £72 bundle is another set in addition to. For example the 5 piece one is more expensive than the 7 piece deal here in my post. (edited)

I've just ordered the 3 set and the 7 set and it came in @ approx £70 - perhaps the prices have gone down on the 3 piece set since you ordered?

The pans in this deal are the Essential range, which are not suitable for induction. It's in the product description.

But it can’t be... it says :

• Oven safe up to 260 degrees Celsius
• Compatible items: Ingenio pasta insert/Ingenio universal straining lid
• Compatible with all hobs excluding induction.Dishwasher safe

They do a version that is induction compatible, which is not on offer at the moment.

I have Lidl versions which were a fraction of this price I think around 15-20 gbp. Subsequently I bought tefal 10!piece set with frying pans and wok for 51gbp from amazon warehouse “like new”

I concur with those saying the pans get damaged, has mine a year, good idea but practically just a bit of a pain... I wouldn't buy again, would sooner get a regular set.. I bought a big set which only came with two handles, so using more than two pans can be a faff... If you choose them then I have suction hooks on the inside of the cupboard door to hold the handles.. keeps them out the way and easily accessible
