About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Cheapest price yet I believe.
1) Purchase 6 x £50 Xbox gift cards at CDKeys. Pay by Paypal for a 2% discount (ensuring you apply the code PAYPAL2019 at checkout). You must purchase in two transactions (i.e 5 gift cards followed by 1 gift card) as the most gift cards you can buy in one transaction is 5. Total price (assuming paying by Paypal) £270.43.
2) Apply these gift cards in the personal area of your Microsoft Account (Click your name in the top right hand corner (assuming you are signed in), select "My Microsoft Account", select "Manage" under Microsoft Account / Payments & Billing, select "Redeem a code or gift card".
3) Proceed to purchase your console at the Microsoft Store. You should have nothing left to pay.
Xbox One X 1 TB Console – Gears 5 Limited Edition Bundle
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order™ Bundle
Evidence of being able to use gift cards for console purchase.

sorted byIt's a rubbish deal. You dont just swap it for the next console, you still have to sign up for another 24months
You might want to do some more research....
If you meet certain eligibility requirements, you are eligible to upgrade your Xbox console purchased with Xbox All Access to the next Xbox console (coming late 2020) after making the equivalent of 18 monthly payments. In order to upgrade, you must trade in your existing Xbox console (in good condition) and purchase the next Xbox console with Xbox All Access, under a new 24-month agreement. (edited)
It was very urgent, it needed to be shared on here
And I always thought Amazon chat was pretty bad for these kind of cheesy lines
Tempted to do the same, however whenever I feel the need to buy something xbox related I dont need, I stick £20 in a vault to go towards Scarlett!!
How can you recommend trading your credit record for 20-30 quid?
I have hunted everywhere to get the best deal and buy far this is the best, i was reluctant and waited for a few days but took the shot and glad i did, right now CD keys are doing £50 MS vouchers for £43.99 so bought x 5 then x 1 and total was £263.94 then redeemed on MS and got my Xbox one X Jedi console ordered!!
I also signed up to Top cash back, not tracked properly yet but once it does i should get about £14.50 back i think, so it will be a One X for £249.44!! even if i don't for £263.94 i am very happy
Thank you very much to reindeer333!!
Strong with the force I see. Yeah that's what I 'should' be doing. If its sold out/ issues when I get home, I know its a sign. Only a year away for it and the PS5. Both should be good hopefully.
Had to verify my ID with cdkeys before the codes came through, but that was only about a 10-15 minute delay
Bought the XBox One X Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order bundle from Microsoft store for £299
Which should track on Quidco at 7% which would be £20.93 (still waiting on quidco to track this, it can take up to 6 hours)
From doing the above, I've just bought an XBox One X with Jedi Fallen Order for £237.70 and I've even got a quid left in my Microsoft wallet!
Bargain. Thanks
Quick edit; 7% cashback on quidco for consoles bought from microsoft store is only valid for 13 more hours: (edited)
Paid £270.42 for the cards from CDKeys. Quidco tracked at £11.79 in total. Also got £9.97 cash back tracking from Microsoft.
All being well total price should be £248.66. Cheapest deal yet for the console and a AAA game.
Edit: I think I also have got £5 Season Bonus on Quidco for making 3 separate purchases. Nice. (edited)
This console looks stunning, the skull on top is actually under a layer of clear plastic so it looks like ice
Credit to Microsoft for their designs, I had the crimson red Xbox one and that was also brilliantly designed
It also plays some good games
You must have about 2k in the vault by now then? (edited)
Will sell my Xbox one x and notice they have been going for 200 on ebay. So for 70 quid for a good looking console..... I am sold.
Heat for the deal and effort.
As I understand it, you don't receive a 'free' upgrade after £600. You pay off the xb1x agreement in full and then start another 2 year agreement for the next gen upon release.
That PayPal code is used on cdkeys, and that still tracked for me. The Microsoft purchase is just against the microsoft vouchers you've purchased; no codes applied, I'm still waiting for mine to track but I'll be submitting a claim if it doesnt as there is no reason why it shouldn't.
Also worth noting for the next 13 hours on quidco its 7% cashback on Xbox One console purchases from the microsoft store.
All worked perfectly. I've tried for cashback via Quidco from both CDKeys and Microsoft, but i'm not expecting to get anything back.
eneba.com/xbo…ope
5% cash back with Quidco too
Sign up for Top Cashback or Quidco, Top Cashback is best in my opinion. Find retailer and it will open the page and when you buy should track your purchase and give you cashback, payable at a later date.
Because I'm looking for games I don't have already if there's a chance of getting them with xbox or an x with an extra controller maybe. I'll see what will there be still
You’re still opening a line of credit and does affect your credit score. (edited)
Klarna, the credit provider.
No. You pay £25 for 12 months (which also includes Game Pass Ultimate) and hand it back with nothing else to pay (on the original machine) if you want to upgrade to the Scorpio.
You then start a new agreement for the Scorpio. So to take your example you pay £300 to "rent" an Xbox One X with Gamepass Ultimate for 12 months.
It's not for everyone and it certainly isn't the cheapest way to have an XBox.
I believe the total cost is £600 at £25 per month. You can get an X console today and they let you swap it for the new next-gen Xbox next year. The monthly fee also includes an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
That's a win win deal for Microsoft
In that case it's an utter rubbish proposition then. I've not read too much into it as I have an X already, so there's little incentive to the Xbox All Access upgrade option for me.
At a glance of the initial news reveal and trailer, it certainly seemed like it was a swap, either 12-mths or 18-mths depending on the bundle you take.
If anyone was considering it though it would obviously be best to double check with the store or MS directly. If I was going for it myself, I'd want to ask how the Game Pass Ultimate sub works, as I already have the max 3 years of Ultimate stacked.
I was looking at this option but I believe once Scarlett is out and the original XBOX is returned a new contract needs to be started and the monthly instalments could change depending on the price of the new console. They do not claim that it’s going to be the same monthly instalment.
