I recently paid £13.98 and I thought that was a steal. Absolute bargain. Can't see them ever going less then £4.99 each so grab them whilst you can!
That won't work sorry, best way of looking at this scenario is that all saves and DLC need to match the region of the base game.
True, and it's crazy! I loved the game - my favourite ps4 game - but I sold the disc on after putting in over 100 hrs and completing it well before the dlc. I would have bought the complete edition numerous times by now, but don't want to have to start the game again!
As joeydeacon said it really is straightforward, more so when you can just buy the codes from Cdkeys, apply them to your US account and not have to worry about buying US credit which can be a little more fiddly.
Also be aware that if you (like me) had the disc version and then bought the frozen wilds dlc then your saves won't be compatible with the digital complete edition.
It's a good game and several hours of play. One of only 2 games I got platinum on. Think the other may have been days gone or spiderman, I'm sure it was days gone though.

My wife played normal version at release. Traded it in, I bought this complete edition at black friday price of 12.99,shes using her ps plus save
It won't, I did my first playthough on the UK disc then traded it in and when I bought the USA digital complete edition all I had was new game with no option to carry on my UK save for the dlc.
I can confirm this. Finished this with UK disc, now this version doesnt let me use my original save. Which is unfortunate, because I was looking forward to mop out the rest of trophies and quests to do.
