Deals have always been able to have been posted early (including before you joined last year) as long as there is evidence. Surely it is better to let people know in advance as many people may have purchased this week at full price? If people forget about the deal between now and then, this should not be an issue as eggs are stacked up in the couple of stores I have been to over the last few days, so it would be hard to miss them!

i don't see a problem with deals being posted early if the OP has insight. think of all the people who would have felt gutted spending an extra 75p unnecessarily but now they can just wait for another week and save 75p! a lot of people can wait a week for an easter egg (edited)

Even if that is the case, these will still be 50p an egg cheaper than ASDA.

and I’ll show the workings out now for all of those confused by my wild claim.

if Tesco have them at 50% more than ASDA, that would mean ASDA are selling them for £2, because £3 is 50% more than £2. So an egg from Tesco for £1.50 is 50p cheaper (cheep cheeper) than £2.

aldi is not a big chain and the majority of people in the uk do not go …aldi is not a big chain and the majority of people in the uk do not go shopping at aldi. it has a small market share in comparison to the likes of tesco and sainsburys. this is why the aldi deal at 99p is only 400 degree and this one is 1700 degrees, not to mention this is 25p cheaper! more people shop at tesco so they are voting this hot.as i don't shop at aldi, i don't even look at any aldi deals so i wouldn't be voting on aldi deals at all.

I see. So if locality comes in to it, how did the 9p mould spray at one lidl/aldi store (can't remember which) that probably not one person actually benefited from hit 2000 degrees? Locality means absolutely nothing.

HUKD needs to seperate deals that are not even live, and deals that are not nationwide, away from the highlights and 'hottest' pages. These non-deals clog up the feed and make HUKD look meaningless.

Why would it be 75p extra? They're 99p or £1 in a number of supermarkets at the moment.

You can't even buy this deal! This site is just a total joke. A 9p bottle of mould spray available in one Lidl store goes over 2000 degress, these easter eggs at 1500 degrees and you can't even buy them for another week.

These aren't hot uk deals - these are absolute nonsense deals. The degrees rating means absolutely nothing anymore. (edited)

it is £1.25 at sainsburys. it is £1 at asda and morrisons but not e …it is £1.25 at sainsburys. it is £1 at asda and morrisons but not everyone lives near to asda or morrisons, we don't. for me it would be 50p saving as i can buy this at sainsburys. however 50p saving is still money in my pocket and not someone else's.the heat may be disproportionate but that is just how the voting goes on this site. people love chocolates and people particularly love easter eggs so they go click happy. same sort of heat gets given to ferero roche deals at christmas when everyone goes crazy over a 50p saving on the deals.

Also currently 99p at Aldi, but you wouldn't know about that because despite hitting over 400 degress, the deal never made the highlights page.

Heat is disproportionate and as I've said before, it's a popularity contest. Regulars that post hundreds of deals will be on the highlights page regardless of the deal.

Which is a better deal guys a 99p easter egg or a 75p one? We best call in NASA to solve this problem, if they can put a man on the moon then they can surely solve this complicated problem of which Easter egg deal is a better buy...

You seem really upset about a better deal getting more heat then your own more expensive deal.

Can ‘heads up’ deals be stopped please I saw this before it was updated with the new dates and rushed to Tesco this morning. The same thing happens every year the wrong date it’s starting is given. Once the deal is confirmed in store/online as active then post the deal (edited)
