This + Big Mac Sauce = ❤️

Currently limited to just 60 branches, McDonalds have added this tempting triple stack burger to the menu, in aims if popular, for a nationwide rollout. Better yet, it costs just £2.39.

Are you sure that isn't from the McChat survey? I remember taking a survey about it - the triple cheeseburger isn't available at any of my local McDonald's and I haven't seen it advertised anywhere (edited)

    Nope not an option unfortunately

You could buy a double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger. It would be more expensive though

If McDonald's actively marketed it or launched a menu item with multiple patties then definitely there would be outcry by a certain group of people, but if it's just allowing additional customisations at an additional fee (instead of getting people to buy multiple burgers instead) I don't see much of an issue apart from some people who get offended by anything arguing.

It wouldn't bother me at all, but for the health freaks as we call them, if would

It was just a proposal on a McChat survey.

I think it might happen though.

Instead of this genius move they should just let you customise burgers to let you add as many beef patties as you want

Would McDonald's not get in trouble for allowing you to add like 20 beef patties? I could just imagine people doing that, it would be a nightmare for the staff

Why would they get in trouble? Unless you mean a franchisee getting told off by HQ?

I've paid extra in Burger King for patties before, they don't care as the till system can handle it.

XL Bacon Doubles with 3 patties were also regular dinners for us when our mates worked in there after college

I'd prefer the McDouble Chili Cheese that they sell in Germany. A Triple Cheeseburger doesn't really add much to the experience you don't already get from the Double.

Also they should bring back the CBO.

You used to be able to add extra pattys in to the double cheeseburger. 40p each I think they were. It was about 18 months ago and then the options disappeared from the machines.

I think I might order a double cheeseburger and an extra cheeseburger when I have a $1.99 double cheeseburger & large fries voucher (edited)
