Double the chest length and convert to inches. Medium is like a 40inch chest. Normally medium is 38-40 in most places and from my own experience of being a medium!

I had the same, did the online chat support and she said its an error on their end they are aware of and if i purchased and gave her the order number she would process a refund. Also said i could try again tomorrow as they should be fixing the issue. Offer expires on 04/03 :-)

I bought two Harry Potter tops for my son for Christmas on the 4th Dec and they never arrived, long story short after a few conversations with them (which you have to wait about ten minutes before getting through to them) all I could do was wait til they arrived! They wouldn't cancel the order (I was told I have to wait til they arrive then I would have to return them) and give me my money back. They didn't appear to be sorry in the slightest. The tops finally arrived on the 18th January. It was an offer on here and the most of the other people that bought tops on the same offer didn't get theirs until January either. If you look up reviews or look iwoot on trust pilot they have awful reviews. I'm sure there are a few people out there that have received their goods in a timely fashion but we didn't.
