sorted byYou need to have a US eshop account, when you do the console will ask you every time you start the eshop which account you want to use and will change the pricing accordingly.
There is a guide here nintendolife.com/new…nts you can follow, it is for making a Japanese account but you can just choose country as the US instead as the rest is the same....
