Realistically, it's not that good a price once you've added on essentials.

Basic allowance is a rucksack which may be difficult for a week.

To add on a cabin bag it's £30 each way or to check in a 10kg suitcase it's £32.50 each way

Why not buy directly with wizzair?

You can do if booking directly shows a cheaper price. In any case, skyscanner is only a search engine which shows different airlines and their prices be it through agents and it does take you to Wizz Air itself through their engine.

Its not about quantity but quality of items you take. You can get the £8 bags from Amazon which fit perfectly to go free on Wizzair. Watch videos on YouTube and learn roll method.

And look up the flights on Skyscanner by all means but it's always best to buy direct from airlines.

Booked a flight with them last night, you can add another cabin bag on for fairly cheap near the checkout. I booked to go to tenerife very soon with 2 bags for £20

Would be more worried if any other country will allow U.K. citizens in by then.

Plenty of cheap flights out there, booked return flights to alicante for December for £50 last night, was some as low as £13 to other spanish destinations.

Gambling with the winter lockdown but fingers crossed

Beware that Wizz does not give refunds if you are unable to travel due to COIVD restrictions. It's hard to say what state we will be in by March. Make sure your travel insurance covers these flights (i.e. you have to have taken it out by the time you book) as otherwise you are unlikely to get a refund.

Are you sure about that? I was due to fly with them to Cyprus last year and they cancelled the flight just days before due to Covid restrictions and i got a full refund within a month!

If they cancel the flight you get a refund, of course.

The problem is when they don't cancel the flight, it goes ahead but you aren't allowed to be on it because of COVID restrictions at the destination. If the flight goes you are not entitled to a refund as per the law and their T&Cs.
