I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with cashback tracking. We would advise to try clearing all web browser data before every visit to our site and to check for any extensions or adblockers to disable these as this can also help.

If you are using the app please try also closing all other apps before visiting and for Ebay specifically please make sure the basket is empty before clicking through our links.

If you do not see any cashback after a full seven days from the purchase date please then lodge a missing cashback claim and our team can take a closer look to dispute for the cashback.

I've been having problems mostly with eBay, hardly ever track, so frustrating

Yes it either doesn't track or tracks the wrong amount, starting to wonder is it worth the aggro.

I had a couple not track on Sunday, one was for insurance so cashback was about £50 too.. Will be doing a manual claim soon.

Oh right.. Mine aren't worth alot but the pennies add up to pounds and it's nearly every transaction I make that doesn't track and I have to put a claim in..was just wondering if the same is happening to other people aswell as myself..

Yep,same here. Nothing tracked over a couple of weeks mid Nov time,had to put claims in. Then weirdly,it all kicked back in again over the last few days

Asda grocery and just eat in paticular are bad for this

Yes I follow all of the above, after clicking back it will say visit recorded and its only stopped tracking in the last month or so.

Will try and clear some web browser data and see if that works.

I have a number of pending claims now, its just getting frustrating having to manually put a claim in each time it doesn't track and it can be quite time consuming.

Same here, a few months ago it was fine and now nothing tracks. It's really not worth the hassle anymore

Yes it's the same still for me, except now the odd transaction will track but at a different purchase price so then I still end up needing to put a claim in.

I have had really poor experience with top cash back I have made 3 purchases none of which have tracked! Which is annoying when you factor in cash back to overall cost! I purchased a Nintendo switch bundle from currys £299 using 10% cash back through TCB should be £29.90 cash back. Very time consuming requesting a claim which can take up to 3 months not as straight fwd as it should be I have been using Quidco also which usually tracking with in minutes or a day.
