No got the email replied to it and heard nothing since?? I have 2 one I use daily the other is still in a sealed box
States there's potential for there to be moisture in the scooter therefore dangerous when u then plug electricity into it, I emailed them where it says contact us if you can't return to store and they've just emailed me back stating they've sent me a full refund nothing about coming to collect it so its not actually the scooter as such it's charging it safely (edited)

I have not heard anything as yet I sent another message this afternoon as I’m about 130 miles to the nearest store.
This is what I got from them when I asked for further information: 'We have seen an isolated incident which we’ve linked to a specific series of events which occurred with a product. It caused a potential thermal issue when the product was charged. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, we are withdrawing the machines.'

Had an email saying courier will call for scooter and will take to a recycling centre to dispose of. Emailed them back said I had done this myself already. Replied back saying thanks for your help!!
