Someone posted a thread about this offer recently and it has now been deleted by Admin. I posted a long reply explaining more about this offer and my experience several years ago. While it is a legitimate offer and the resorts are real, some information you should be aware of:

The 2 resorts you can choose from for this deal are Pueblo Evita and Fairways Club. Both resorts are owned by Richvale Resorts. They have been operating for many years and use various websites to promote their resorts. They also use those free magazine scratchcards with the premium rate numbers as well as other advertising like newspapers, car insurance websites etc.

They offer customers free (or cheap) holidays, HOWEVER what they don’t share with you are the following:

1.The time periods for which the free stays are very restricted, and they usually only have 1 room allocated to these promotional offers at any one time which are included in this offer. If they are not available, you will have to pay upgrade fees which is most of the time. What I’m trying to say is that only a very small number of people will be able to claim the offer without paying upgrade fees.

2.Both resorts rely on Timeshares to make profit. During your stay, there will be sales pitches for Timeshares

    3. From the terms and conditions, the free promotional room within their resorts do not have a bed but have a sofa bed instead so bare this in mind. This is one reason why I declined and never booked or went away.

So essentially, be prepared to pay upgrade fees for dates outside of their schedule and for rooms that are not their “promotional” rooms. The upgrade fees (from my research) cost more than other nicer hotels in these areas.

My personal experience was that I had “won” a free stay at these resorts. There was a lot of back and forth with the promotional company who I think were associated with Richvale Resorts and they wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds to upgrade because the free promotional room was already booked for the dates, I was available, however they had plenty of other standard rooms.

Here are all the websites that Richvale Resorts use for their marketing to get people in their resort and then try to sell them Timeshares. Vodafone customers will be directed to the top one once they pay Parade Marketing the £9.99 fee.

I am currently on the holiday, i can confirm you have to be available during the limited time periods they offer for the promotion. I chose pueblo evita in malaga Nov 12th to Nov 19th 2022. I didn't pay any upgrade fee but my room has a bed and also a pull out sofa bed too. They have put me in for a sales pitch for the timeshare so I'll see how that goes and keep you guys updated

I purposely didn't use the word "con" because it is a real offer, but people really need to know what to expect and proceed with caution. I am very surprised that Vodafone are doing this offer as their reputation will probably be affected.

Just fyi, this website has now conveniently disappeared so I am raising a credit card claim and also reporting to actionfraud (police) not that I expect anything to happen.

Don't purchase this!! I bought the offer back in April and contacted the resort right away for a reservation. After 3 months and lots of emails they finally got back to me to say that there was no availability for the studio but I could book an apartment for 1 date in October for a additional £200. No flexibility on dates and additional costs. Have not used the voucher and think Vodafone should refund the purchase!
