Car speaker making weird noises

Hi
We bought a new Citroen C4 Grand Picasso in March '19.
From day 1, there are weird disturbance noises coming from the front passenger side speakers. We have extended warranty with the showroom we bought the car from.
Due to this, that particular speaker has been changed thrice but that weird noise doesn't go away. It's there even when the car stereo is not being used.
Each time we report, they change the speakers. Also is not continuous so it's there and suddenly it stops for a few days and then back again.
We are at our wits end as it gets really annoying some times and there is nothing you can do to stop it.
Any ideas what can be done here?
Thankyou

sometimes really low volume and sometimes really high unbearable volume. …sometimes really low volume and sometimes really high unbearable volume. It starts and subsides on its own.

I was previously leaning to externally-introduced EMI but that one line description of self-variable volume (uniquely applicable to presumably one of four channels) tends to rubbish external EMI and instead point to hardware issue.

Self-variable volume dismisses the cause as a speaker issue, unless the speaker is active which I suspect is unlikely.
Assuming your head unit and amplification is self-contained the issue is more likely emanating from the head unit pre-amp stage, and the uniqueness to passengerfront circuit points to internal head unit issue unlikely to be caused by external influences as otherwise it would be reasonable to hear the unwanted noise from all speakers simultaneously.

So based on description so far: issue with wherever the passengerfront pre-amp stage is located.

It's like you know when you are manually scrolling between radio stations …It's like you know when you are manually scrolling between radio stations and you hear the noise or sound.

Would benefit from more info to identify if internal EMI-related or other source.
Response to Qs below of "don't know" or "unable to determine" (or similar) is more useful than a casual guess.

Has garage personnel heard the noise when you or any other usual driver were not present?
When noise is present, is it only when engine is running, or (still) present prior to any attempt to start engine and/or after engine stopped?
    Any non-factory accessories in use?
Does the car have any cellular-based (sim card) device(s) permanently fitted?
Does the vehicle have a tracker?
If more than one person drives the vehicle on their own (repeat: on their own), is the noise present with only specific driver(s)?
    Fuel type?
When the noise is present, does it stop if passenger door opened? (do not confuse with "can it still be heard with door open").

What sort of noise is it? (static, knocking, popping) might be the wiring loom?

Do you have a dashcam hardwired in? Sometimes people hardwire dashcam in use cheap ebay hardwire kit. These often don't have the magnetic cable ferrite things fitted, which can cause static/interference to radios etc.

Does it have a cd player? (I realise not the same area but it's worth a try):

Maybe its something to do with the ground wire, some speakers will use a common ground rather than return back to the stereo unit

We don't have dashcam, or cd player or any non car accessories. As the noise is intermittent, we have recordings that we have done and play them to the car showroom servicing guys when we go to report the problem.
    It's a diesel car.
The noise is only heard when the car is on and it's not continuous.
Hope this answers what you are trying to understand.
Thanks to you and others here taking time to respond.

When the noise occurs, does it have a typical duration, or is it random from few seconds to multiple minutes?
