Reedem Airtime Rewards credit on Lebara network?

The t+c's say you can only redeem Airtime Rewards credit with Lebara pay as you go, not monthly contracts - but was just wondering if anyone has ignored this and tried to apply the credit on a Lebara monthly rolling contracts with any success?

Easier option - choose Virgin Mobile as the network, choose the pay monthly option within that. Then once a month, you will be able to withdraw the money to the card registered on your Airtime account in increments of £10. I have a reminder for the 1st of every month to redeem the balance if it has crossed £10. I see the credit on my card account within 2-3 working days. (edited)

You can still top-up, using Lebara pay-as-you-go.

You'll receive an SMS with a voucher code, advising you to call 1345.

This is wrong! The number to call for Lebara top-ups is *#1345*

Regardless, you don't have to call. You can simply copy the voucher code number and enter into the "Top Up" menu of the My Lebara app.47400241-ytQHA.jpg

Sure enough, changed network to Virgin monthly and the option to withdraw to card was right there. Great spot!

I managed to redeem £10 credit via live chat, but I think it might be only be able to be used for out-of-contract charges (additional data etc)

Why would Airtime let you withdraw your credit to your card instead of to your Virgin Mobile phone bill? Is it a glitch?

Let's focus on the outcome please. I hope you aren't one of those who calls a retailer to confirm a price glitch

Is there a restriction on how often you can redeem to card or airtime? My last successful redemption (to airtime - not had one work to card yet) was 6th December 2021. I have tried a few times in December and January to redeem again, to airtime and also to different cards in my airtime wallet. It looks like it has worked, the available balance shown in the app is reduced by the amount I requested to redeem but within the hour I can see that the redemption request has failed and the balance returned to it's previous amount. Hi, hope you don't mind me resurrecting an old thread, but I've just tried to sign up to Airtime Rewards today, hoping to use your tip (I'm on a Lebara monthly contract), but they don't seem to list Virgin Mobile anymore. Is there another workaround that you're aware of please? I may uninstall the app if not, but It'd be a shame to miss out. Thanks

To add on if you would like to add this balance to a pay as you go bundle you could send the below for the £5

    SMS R1 to 38885

Doing that changes whatever bundle you're currently on! If you're on a deal bundle, texting that code will change you to a regular bundle.

Best to leave the credit sitting there, to use for one-off add-ons (in case you ever run out of data, or whatever).

Bump any update to this? Is there anyway to get the cash out?
