It is a Free Whopper Day, no spend needed
It’s not the 18th of may yet , it will appear on the app on Wednesday
That's a different deal, this will become available in the app tomorrow with no purchase needed, I have used it quite a few times before you just show the code at the till
Not sure what the vegans issue is with being cooked in the same space.. All that demanding a seperate area is doing, is creating a bigger carbon footprint.. If it was for religious reasons I'd understand, but frankly the no meat diet is choice.. Crazy how people get so obsessed about these things... What next vegan tescos and sainsburys, worlds gone bonkers.. (ps. Absolutely respect the vegan ethos, and I too am having meat free days to try to reduce methane and the farming crisis, I just don't see what the difference is having a shared area its not like there dripping animal blood on your burger..) I bet a lot of vegans still go for a curry and opt for the paneer cheese dishes and sag aloo etc etc.. If you think curry restaurants use different areas from the numerous ones I know I'd say think again! Anyway each to there own.
It's free on Wednesday. It really isn't that complicated.
I'm slightly put off by the thought of a Vegan Whopper cross contaminating my Whopper with vegan scraps, but I wouldn't demand a separate cooking area.
Using twice the cooking area, twice the energy, twice the utensils, double the detergent and water, to maintain separation would be insane when most businesses are trying to cut emotions and pollution. It would be easier and better for the environment for you to visit vegan restaurants and I non-vegan.
Although, I'm not to put off by burned vegan bits in the sear of my flame grilled whopper.
This isn't mobile ordering, just show them the app code on your phone
You are doing it totally wrong. DON'T order using mobile ordering and don't order in advance. Just click 'Redeem in Restaurant' when you are at the till and you just show the code on your phone. It works in all BK restaurants
You could be cheeky and use the code on a Tuesday.. I've tried it and it works.. (edited)
They won't give a list, but should be national, with exception of travel sector
It's not just mobile ordering, just show the code in store to get the free whopper
Majority of stores do not do mobile ordering, they haven't turned it off, you can just turn up at the store and present the app code to get your free whopper
5 phones
The same. This offer is disgusting
No it's cooked on the same place as the normal Whopper. It's plant based but not suitable for vegans...
The Vegan Royal is suitable for vegans , it's plant based and cooked separately from their meat products. (edited)
It's for flexitarians, was never aimed at Vegans
That is just not right, why cook a veggie burger with all the meat burgers
How can a whopper for £1.99 be better value than a free whopper!
I got the free whopper today and it was decent!
Vegans have more pressing issues with their diet of choice if they're eating paneer....
If you are trying to avoid processed food you should probably not eat the buns at BK
It's not 100% meat no. But then you also have sauce and bread which isn't 100% meat. I am amazed at some people's levels of comprehension in life.
I'd guess if you don't eat meat the idea of animal residue on your food is pretty grotesque.
Because it's for flexitarians not Veggies and vegans (edited)
Got some workers at home so will be a nice little snack for them. 🙏🏽
I thought the idea was to promote the burgers and brand not the opposite!
Dangerous.. Not sure I'm with you there, if you were allergic to meat I reckon you would steer clear of burger restaurants.. Never heard of anaphylaxis being caused from a cheese burger.. I must be stupid.. Feel free to post any links so I can understand what your saying.. Always happy to be proved wrong unlike some.
Because it is difficult to agree and there is no logic to make sense!
Always! repeat always! free whopper wins over paying £1.99 for whopper!
If the £1.99 whopper is preferred, I would still order the free whopper first and then if needed order the £1.99 one.............always......
Ah thanks. I'll look for a list of participating stores later (my local store is at some services so probably not participating)
Plant-based whopper
You're sort of right. I'll amend:
If the beef in a regular Whopper wasn't likely to be 'Frankenstein' beef, then
The plant-based Whopper is obviously 'Frankenstein'
I suppose that's a good thing; you know that plant-based meat it's going to be processed junk. Easier to avoid.
I am glad you enjoyed. I always respect someones culinary viewpoint who travels the world and eats in Burger king.
