Is their budget rolls - Spring Force - only available in-store only?

Are they trying to force online shoppers into buying more expensive rolls for something?

No stores have been getting deliveries of it recently, so it doesn’t surprise me that it’s been removed offline. Couldn’t tell you why though but gap scans say it’s ‘Not available’. I’ll keep my eye on stores not ranging it anymore just incase (edited)

I noticed they’ve put the price up of the spring force toilet roll. I don’t know if it’s just express stores but I used to get the 9 pack for £2.20 and it’s now £3

Sounds like your local Express store taking advantage of very very low / last remaining stock from their previous batch.

Think they were £2.08 or something last time I saw them online.

Thanks .. guess it's just a supply chain / production issue.

Tesco luxury rolls are only £7 for 12 but they are 440 sheets per roll (13p per 100 sheets) whereas I think spring force were 160 sheets so actually more expensive

Paper manufacturing requires a huge amount of energy, so it is not surprising that bog roll prices have gone up significantly. Wouldn't surprise me if you get shrinkflation on bottom of the range rolls too (eg smaller, or thinner sheets ), which could cause temporary shortages too.

With prices likely to rise further, now might be the time to consider buying one of those Japanese bidet toilet seats! (edited)

They went rubbish and suddenly tesco have removed all their value range and the most expensive recently. I know food prices are rising but they’ve added on to much in my opinion.
My sister now gets mine from aldi.

The 4 pack of spring force toilet rolls are expecting a delivery tomorrow in my store and the surrounding ones so they may be back soon if they turn up. No sign of any 9 pack ones though if that’s the ones you were after

As an edit, they didnt turn up which is classic tesco fashion (edited)
