At the bottom of the unit, right at the front there is a little slot, where the on/off switch is. Give it a good clean with a tooth brush and some sergical sprit . May well fix the issue

Any other confirmed depots? The non-stick has failed on the basket for our Tower one so everything sticks as you cook. Be nice to replace and upgrade at the same time.

No need to replace. Just like an oven you can line it with either foil or baking paper

I had the old model but failed after nearly 2 years but got a full refund from Costco. So got this new model, I would recommend anyone who has this to get a silicone pot/liner, keeps the inside grease free and you would only have to wash the silicon. You can get it from amazon but make sure the right size.

Got this one today. Any link to the liner you purchased. Many thanks for the advice.

I've got one and it's good, however I do miss the basket insert that you get with the cheaper Lidl and Aldi ones, if you you doing chips it's a faff picking them out and if you tip them out and forget to hold the bottom down then then the bottom venting tray falls out. That said, it's the perfect size for doing a whole large chicken in, if you stuff it with some squeezed lemons and garlic then you can also make mega Gravy with the juices 👌

Bottom venting tray has never fallen out for me when emptying chips etc. It’s held nicely in place with the multiple rubber grommets around the edge.

An excellent air fryer! It's my first one and you can't beat it for the money. Often cooks a lot quicker than the cooking instructions on foods.

Yes it's excellent. I cooked a joint of gammon in this air fryer today. The packet said 1h20m in the oven. It took 30 minutes in the air fryer and I still overdid it a little bit.

I bought this for £58 this week and it is great. Well worth the money so far, only issue is if you need two baskets, but they are triple the cost and out of stock everywhere.

I bought one of these the last time they were in stock to replace our smaller phillips one that was uses occasionally. Cant recommend this enough.

Another recommendation. Great price for a good bit of kit. And it's bigger than most of the others I looked at in terms of capacity.

Costco use these in-store for the samples so they must be decent.

Gourmia air fryers are the most popular air fryers in the US,.

best bang for your buck air fryer. It's big, easy to use and is half the price of others this size.

The only thing I miss about my last air fryer. Is that my last one had a detachable basket. This just comes with a rack you put at the bottom. So It's a bit weird if you want to just pour stuff out. As that rack falls out.

Doesn't cook everything correctly when cooked at the times and temperature stated,so you get what you pay for and I would rather pay extra £100 for a ninja dual airfryer than this

Is this supposed to vent steam and some heat from the left side of the drawer? It doesn't seem like that side should be doing it when nothing else is

Bought mine in Derby last week. Plugged it in and error code e1. Doesn't work. Hopefully they have some in when I go to replace it.
