EE retention offers

Hello. I couldn’t find any retention offers discussions threads, hence i’m asking what retention offers you managed to get from EE this year.
Yesterday i was offered 20GB 5G Essential Plan for £12/month, 12 months. No roaming included and no further discounts possible.
Did anyone manage to get a better offer recently? cheapest one I was offered was 10gb for £10.

Plusnet, BT Mobile and RWG all use EE, so it might be worth looking at their deals. You'll retain the network coverage that you want with a (probably) better deal and no tie-in with RPI increases written into a lengthier contract. If you're going SIM only, I'd be looking for something on a 30 deal so that you can move around if prices are hiked. (edited)

Could you possibly send me a screenshot of your plan via private message or paste it here? I will try to make them to match this offer.

Me too left ee last month to join Vodafone for their Pixel 6a deal with 32gb for £16 a month. EE wanted £15 just for the sim for that much data. Unless your constantly streaming movies from your phone, I would personally move as there's much better deals available!

Why do you want to stay with EE? I have been with them since One2One days and just always felt loyal to them.

Have finally called it a day with them after finding areas of dead spots with no data or anything where it used to be fine and the nail in the coffin was my phone not working at all in Mexico after i checked in with them twice and they confirmed it would (also any new contract loses roaming).

I have just switched to Smarty to give them a try, as at least they offer 30 day contracts so can switch away if i find it doesn't work. £15 for unlimited with roaming is better than i was paying and i can get from EE. (edited)

Reception at work and on my commute from London to Glasgow. Tried o2, vodafone and EE...EE has the most consistent reception overall. My wife has a very good deal with vodafone, but even she encouraged me to stay with EE.

I stopped using EE as they are no longer on third party site. Switched to Vodafone no complaints here.

    I've just left them.
They offered me the same as their competitor on live chat when asking for a PAC.
So was gonna stay with them, then had to agree to terms and conditions online.
    Luckily I read them.
Contract was for 24 months but reading further the airtime contract was for 24 months but was to be paying for the phone for 36 months.
At no time was this mentioned to me.
Told the underhanded ****** to stick it. Won't be going back.

There are cheaper and better options out there - Lebara, Lyca, and Smarty to name a few. WITH roaming, international calls etc included.

EE definitely has the best mobile network in UK. But far too expensive

I'm the only one at my work place that seems to have a constant steady signal and I'm with EE. nothing better in heavily built up areas imo. They're not the cheapest though but 20% discount codes are regularly and easy to come by
