Will this play Cyberpunk 4k 60 with full raytracing?
    A57ton's avatar
    Yes
  2. SN46's avatar
Not too bad! would be good for home offices.
    AJ10's avatar
Wouldn’t an i3 with 8GB RAM be sufficient and possibly cheaper?

Does anyone know if you can upgrade the graphics card on this? (edited)
    Coleh's avatar
You'd be limited to low profile GPUs which are basically next to non-exist. RX 6400 and no better, for now
  4. grrjkr's avatar
I got a spare gtx970 and hard drives , could this fit that ?
    chappers1983's avatar
No on the graphics card. And I'm pretty sure if the chassis is similar to the v35 business version there is only 1 hdd bay

crewe /wigan / st helens has stock.

Bargain price, you couldn't build it for that money.
  9. M1sterDeeds's avatar
How much would a self build cost, not knocking the deal, I am contemplating it, but I was also thinking of doing a budget self build.
    A57ton's avatar
The processor alone is retailing around £220!

finally a reasonable price for a good desktop!

    but out of stock everywhere

Would have bought if it had displayport. Cracking deal otherwise.

    What's wrong with HDMI?

Also, DisplayPort to HDMI adapters exist if that helps?
  12. Darkmemento's avatar
Thanks OP, ordered. This is exactly what I was after as a programming station. A good processor, upgradable ram, and the graphics card don't matter so this is absolutely perfect for my needs and is an amazing price. (edited)

Is anybody aware if this has an actual PCIe slot? Information I can find seems to indicate it has none. (edited)

Would this be any good for football manager 2023?
  15. deleted221478's avatar
Looks like it comes with a mouse and keyboard too
  16. Smoggy1970's avatar
Nice CPU. Just a shame you can't get a half decent graphics card in there.
    Heat.
  17. mvnorwood's avatar
Would this be any good for running a national track and trace database? Does it have Excel? Does it have one of those little coffee cup holders that pop out when you press a button?
  18. CarlL95's avatar
Thanks OP, picked up this evening
  19. A57ton's avatar
It says discrete graphics but no mention of the GPU?

    Blue iris?
  23. tled's avatar
only 32gb max ram though? apparently the CPU supports up to 128gb
    flec's avatar
Probably only has two memory slots, a lot of low end boards do, especially if you're trying to save space in a small case

I am a bit puzzled why anyone thinks this is a deal, please help me understand, only last month there was a laptop deal on here with 16 ram for under 400 and obv the laptop
Has a screen and portability advantage
    flec's avatar
Difficult to do a full comparison without knowing all the specs, I would guess the laptop has the same ram but weaker other specs. If the specs are exactly the same then yeah portability and screen would make it a better fit for many people.
If you're going to be sat at a desk anyway doing movie editing or photo editing with multiple screens then that doesn't help you, in which case the computer is likely to survive longer and get things done faster because it can cope with the heat of running etc.
  25. ibz100's avatar
I wonder what capacity this would have to be turned into a cheap gaming pc. If you could whack a 2060 in there and an extra stick of ram, it'd be very golf value for money.
  26. diceyan's avatar
looks like it takes 2 dimms, and i think an m2 socket rather than nvme .had a look at the lenovo hardware guide.

is there any reason why i couldnt just place it in an old pc case with my existing rtx 2060??? seems like potentially a really good buy. would it be 2 x4gb dimms ?

lenovo hardware guide for this model? (edited)

  30. Strixx's avatar
Great deal, but does anyone know where you can get a similar small PC please, but with more RAM or a bigger SSD?

Don't mind paying up to £200 extra if I had to.

    - HDMI 1.4 x 1
    - VGA x 1

1 HDMI and 1 VGA (!) seems a surprising drawback
  32. Dave65's avatar
These were out of stock when I looked earlier but I tried later in the day and some were available. I managed to get one. Keep checking.

Is get deal button not working for anyone else?
  34. AngelMLV's avatar
How does this compare to an M1 Mac Mini?
    Crossbow's avatar
Not really comparable I feel due to too many variables. What will you be using either for, & are you bothered about future upgradeability?
  35. ck12111's avatar
How does one check store stock for this?
    Crossbow's avatar
Not able to now as it has gone completely oos, even for store collection.
