If you only have Turkish PS+ it just means downloading games from that account, you can then log back into UK account and play games online from that account. It is important to note that cloud saves won't work doing this.

On the Essential sub the monthly free games are the same.

They add like 5% (estimate in my EUR country to the real conversion rate) and every other fee included if you do things the best way, but you can’t really lose much more either. I have done this many times and it has been more or slightly less than 5%, but better send much more extra to make things work and get rest of the money back. I have to use bank transfer to send money, and it’s not instant. I don’t know about others. But that is free. (edited)

yep all correct. You would lose access to any PS+ free games that you have in your UK PS account but would start to accumulate any PS+ free games from the new Turkey account. A Turkey PS+ account is great if you only want the sub to play online gaming.

Use ps app with cryptopay, crypto.com is pretty much only useful to buy games but not subs

Am guessing you mean Turkish psn and not vpn, just use your uk account to play the games downloaded from turkish account

Personally I would save yourself some aggro and just apply for the CryptoPay card from the start.

If you unload funds from the card after making a purchase you wont get charged the £1 monthly fee.

I put business account and it worked, reference I think isn't relevant, I put "cryptopay" and it worked fine, just takes some time I think it took around 2 hours to show up in my wallet

Both subs are totally seperate (you can have both running at the same time) . Whatever you have added on your ps plus uk wont be included if you just have a non uk ps plus. Also games are region specific, so for example your saved games dont carry over, but you can play any game from any region in the UK. (edited)

My first transfer took 5 mins, 2nd took overnight, 3rd has been overnight and still not on there. Really poor. I can't actually get my card to add on the ps store now so I'm probably wasting my time now

Don't take this the wrong way but it's clearly been mentioned numerous times that ps plus games are linked to that account only.

You only have to scroll back a bit to see that it's already been answered on this page , it's not like you have to delve through 99 pages as on the HOW to buy thread , now that is a ballache.

You have to way up the benefits of cheaper online access and games against losing all the previous games you have dl from the UK . (edited)

Thanks for that mate, I actually upgraded my Indonesia PS+ when the new service went live as I'd already stacked 7 years in advance and upgrading vs going fresh with Turkey PS+ worked out as more cost effective at the time.

I highly doubt if genuine Turkey users are as disappointed as we are

Methodology; completely unscientific approach of writing down a long list of games from the UK ‘Game Catalogue’ focussing mainly on what I consider the big hitters so things like Returnal, FF7R Intergrade, Deathloop. That’s very much a taste thing but for transparency I glazed over a lot of the more Indie stuff.. some made it on the quick list like Stray, Graveyard Keeper, Portia etc.
