As always to get the bonus points, follow these guidelines:
1) Auctions must end and be paid for within the one-hour window. 2) BIN offers should be made, accepted and paid for within the one-hour window. You can make the offer outside of the window but it is risky because you don't know if it has an auto-accept or when a seller will accept it.
