    Had this for 13 months before it started flashing an error message, which after googling suggested the control board needed replacing. Out of warranty, so Mobvoi didn’t respond to any communications asking for help. Was very happy with it until it became unusable, shame.

    I had this for almost 3 months before the motor starting playing up, only paid £300 for it earlier this year. Spoke to amazon who tried to send me to manufacturer and i politely told them they (amazon) is the retailer I had the contract of purchase with so it was their responsibility. They sorted the refund and collection straight after.

    Also wondering if this is because they just announced a new model with incline, not sure if that would be a better option... hmm...
