Groceries: Delivery prices vary depending on the delivery slot you choose. The minimum basket value is £50 for home delivery, and £25 for Click + Collect Unwanted items can be returned to any Tesco Store (excluding Express stores).

Simply bring your delivery note to get a replacement or refund. For perishable food items, you need to return these within their its use-by date.

Tesco Marketplace:

Delivery: There's a minimum spend of £50 on Marketplace products to qualify for free standard delivery. A delivery charge of up to £3 applies for Marketplace orders under £50. Big or heavy Marketplace products need specialist delivery and a delivery charge of up to £10 will apply for standard specialist delivery.

Delivery Saver Anytime plan customers get standard delivery with no minimum spend included on Marketplace products. This excludes big or heavy products that need specialist delivery.

Cancelling orders: You can cancel or update your Marketplace order if it hasn't been processed for delivery yet. If your order has already been processed for delivery, it can't be cancelled or changed. You'll need to wait for your order to arrive and then arrange a return with the Marketplace partner, if needed.

Returns: If you're unhappy with any Marketplace product, you can request a return with the Marketplace partner. They should be able to offer a return and will help you arrange collection. This must be within 30 days for a full refund.
