I advise everyone to switch over to TCB. Over black Friday very few purchases have tracked, it's unacceptable. I also have successful claims from 2019(!!).
I don't know if this is everyone else's experience. I used to use them solely but I feel like giving up.

I'm beginning to think that they are just underhand as there is no transparency or way of finding out if the retailer did actually pay out but the middleman Quidco are just pocketing it, given that this is an ongoing issue for so many!
All well and good giving out the socialsupport@quidco.com email address but they only repeat the same old, same old and don't actually follow up with retailers. As the OP says, Quidco are now unusable.
I very rarely have untracked TCB problems, but when a ticket is raised they have always then paid out.
Whats annoying is its something to do with Quidco and the retailer, you could try topcashback for the same retailers and it works fine, but they will still blame you, your computer, your browser etc. It's obvious we have no issues blocking it, its not you...but they won't look into it because for some reason it will work for some other people.. The payout takes *much, much longer* and sometimes doesn't happen at all even if you claim and it's approved. (edited)

Bar two issues in the second half of this year, Currys both times, I've never had such a problem with TCB. I'd be inclined to lay the blame entirely on Currys too. Nothing Quidco has offered has enticed me back, though I was tempted to buy Elden Ring from CD Keys due to the £10 bonus.
I've had some dubious declines, usually on higher value transactions like hotels.com where I've followed all guidance.
I am sorry to hear of your experience with this. I would like to take a look into this for you if you can please get in touch via socialsupport@quidco.com with your issue and registered email.
If you try to make purchases in your main web browser, where you surely have at least one of those features turned on (otherwise you're at risk on the internet in general and need to turn them on!), then it won't track, of course.
Notably browsers like Firefox, Edge and Brave have their privacy features turned ON BY DEFAULT these days, so you have to have specifically turned them off in the settings.
scummy thing to do, avoid them (edited)
The one time I tried TCB I couldn't withdraw they seemed to keep everything as a fee.
