Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional materials.

PROMOTER: This promotion is operated by Co-operative Group Food Limited, a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Registered No 26715R with registered office at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoter.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion runs from 00:00 23 January 2023 through to 23:59 29 January 2023.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to Co-op Group Members and employee members of Co-operative Group Limited who access the Co-op App between the opening and closing date and take part in the Spin to Save game.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, members must access the Co-op App between the opening and closing date and click the link to continue to the Spin to Save game. Once the game has opened, members will be asked to enter their name and email address and spin a digital wheel for a guaranteed coupon of 25p, 50p, £1, £2, £5 or £10 off their next shop in a Co-operative Group Food Limited store.
PRIZES: Members can play the game once over the seven days for a guaranteed coupon of 25p, 50p, £1, £2, £5 or £10 off their next shop in a Co-operative Group Food Limited store. Coupons can only be used once, are not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be given. Prizes are provided at our discretion, and we may substitute or change the prize for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
NOTIFICATION: Members will receive an email from no-reply@coopgiveaway.co.uk to the address provided up to 48 hours after playing the Spin to Save game with their digital coupon. We accept no responsibility for coupons that are lost, stolen or unused by their expiry date. We accept no responsibility where incomplete or incorrect information has been entered before playing the Spin to Save game.
REDEEMING THE COUPON: Members can redeem the coupon to get 25p, 50p, £1, £2, £5 or £10 off their next shop in a Co-operative Group Food Limited store. The coupon can only be used once, and any unused balance will not be carried forward i.e. redeeming a £10 coupon against a basket totalling £8 means £2 will be lost. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers for money off total spend e.g. £1 off £10 or £1 off. Coupons cannot be used in independent societies including Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star Co-operatives, or in non-Co-op branded stores such as Nisa or Costcutter. The offer cannot be used on purchases made at shop.coop.co.uk Coupons cannot be redeemed against fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, saving schemes, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, saving stamps, prescription medicines, carrier bags, or cigarettes and tobacco. Coupons are subject to MUP. Where the coupon would reduce the alcohol below MUP, we reserve the right to revoke the use of the coupon on the transaction. If the coupon is used in conjunction with any other discounts, the alcohol will only be discounted by whichever reduces the price of the alcohol furthest, without reducing the alcohol below the MUP. Please drink responsibly. If eligible to do so, members can use a Co-operative Group Limited colleague member card, a TOTUM card or a Young Scot card in the same transaction. Once the coupon has been sent to the email address provided, it will remain valid until 23:59 on 5 February 2023, thereafter the coupon will expire. To redeem the coupon, members must scan the QR code either directly from the email on their phone – or by bringing a printed copy – at the till in a Co-operative Group Food Limited store as part of a qualifying transaction. We only accept the original coupon. Although we hope we never need to, we do have the right to stop anyone from using the coupon if we suspect that they’ve done something fraudulent or if we think that they’re in breach of these T&Cs or being dishonest.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: By entering this promotion, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data. We, and any third party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. Your information will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion.
DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any coupon or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control.
CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We exclude all conditions, warranties and representations express or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize and the promotion. We shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury, directly or indirectly occurring as a result of the provision of, or use of, the prize. We make no attempt to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence.
