CEX Online B/C Conditions for iPads? Any experience?

Hi All,

I’m looking at ordering a iPad Pro from CEX online website rather then Instore.

Regarding the grading of B/C iPads what’s the difference and is it a luck of the draw condition wise? Would c have a cracked screen or something or scratched up glass and dings in the panel / body work?

Come with original box and charger or not?

And if I think the condition is bad can I just return into store or does it have to be an online return.

Got a Grade B and it was in mint condition, just that it didn't come boxed. Was very happy

B usually acceptable condition.
I never buy grade C stuff.

Sometimes Grade C is good too but missing accessories/packaging. It is luck of the draw though. (edited)

CEX Grade C in my experience means its been dragged along behind a pickup truck on a piece of rope......or worse.

You can order the B grade and if you are not happy just take it to store within 14 days and you can return it without any problems..

@Barrons abc grades in Cex cannot have a cracked screen at all

c could have deep scratches you can feel with your fingers

I've bought a number of grade B items (including a few tablets) and they're a bit of a mix, some of them have come boxed with accessories and were more a grade A item to me while most of the rest have been unboxed but in good condition. There have been a small number over the years that shouldn't have been sold at all never mind at Grade B.

For the items I've bought online that weren't as expected I've had no issues getting them returned to the local store and usually have the refund through before I've left the store.
