We’ve been given a fix to sort at store level if the customer asks for a voucher, takes 30 seconds max.
"If all conditions are met, but a prize coupon doesn’t print at the Catalina printer, you’ll need to manually create a coupon by following the steps below: o Select PLU group, followed by ‘Fuel Rewards group’ o Select ‘Fuel Rewards’ and then choose ‘Prize draw entry’. Ensure the nectar card is scanned first”
