Did not scan at the till at my local Asda. Was directed to customer services who then called the manager who refused to accept the digital coupon. The manager said unless I can produce a paper version they would not honour it as apparently they can't claim the money back with digital coupons. This went on so long that the time expired on the coupon itself!

''DO NOT UE AT SELF-CHECKOUT'' wonder why? (edited)

Some of the self service checkouts don’t recognise the moving barcode.

Why would anyone sell their mobile phone number to ad and tracking companies for a £1 pot of yoghurt?

I used this in Morrisons last night - it took 3 staff to get it to work at the till so be prepared. They didn’t like the moving barcode - you will see what I mean. Thankfully it was not busy and it did work after a few minutes. Very nice yogurt which I buy regularly anyway so always nice to get a freebie. Add some fresh blueberries to it

Update i finally got mine redeemed in morrison so when you redeem it says you have how many days left to redeem then it says do not use self checkout & then after confirming you are at the checkout it gives you 20 minutes, you can refresh it & timer restarts i had to go to customer service in morrison to get it free as manned checkout refused by saying they only accept paper vouchers it was the only yoghurt waiting for me lol none after that 😜

Can I redeem my digital coupon in any store?
No, digital coupons can only be redeemed in participating Asda and Morrisons stores.

Then doesn't tell you which stores are participating, how utterly unhelpful.

Coupons aren't worth the hassle. Jordan's sent me three £3 coupons for a bad batch of cereal and Tesco refuse to accept them because they don't scan at the till. Complaining made no difference.

These yoghurts are also buy 2 for £2.50 in Morrisons so a second pot costs 51p. Didn't have a problem with the coupon at a manned checkout.
