    1 of only a few protein companies I'll use/respect especially with their view for proper quality protein and always stating no soy , great amount of protein per serving, the taste when I've had their strawberry and banana 1s has been decent and the amino acids are a bonus also, the 1 I last had was over 70 servings but at this amount/current prices great deal so heat OP

    70g protein per 100g is on the poor side, there is better out there like Bodybuilding Warehouse 80, or Optimum Nutrition. At least this is the good whey concentrate though and not a blend. (edited)

    Yes it's not best, I usually like isolate whey but these days if you want to pay huge price for ON etc that's fine but I didn't want to pay huge price spikes so looked for a decent value alternative. For price, quality and serving, tate this is great for me. BW I used to buy but wasn't huge fan of taste and like reflex as established brand too

    Quality protein. Reflex has gone up in price the last year. This is a decent price. Voted hot.

    Excellent alternative to optimum nutrition IMO.

    For bulk and my protein it's like an 'own brand' of the protein world tbf - yeah they're massive now but reflex, ON, kinetica and muscletech are the 1s I look out for most/when on good deals

    Edit - Tried it with milk and water (not together). It's not too powerful of a taste to where you'd get sick of it and I'm now trying it with water which I quite like as well. Glad I got 2. (edited)

    Reflex always been very good smpth quality. Never had lumps or mixing issues and been using them since 2008. Decent taste not over sweet like a lot are these days
